摘要 针对产品设计开发过程中任务执行时间不确定的问题,引入六点模糊数,以产品的开发时间和成本为优化目标,构建了任务时间不确定条件下产品开发的混合迭代多目标优化模型.并采用具有精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对该优化模型进行求解,得到综合两种优化目标条件下非支配解集中最适合企业期望的产品开发的任务执行方案.以某四连杆门座起重机变幅机构的设计开发过程为例,分析验证了该模型的有效性. Aiming at the problem of uncertain task execution time in the process of product design and development,a hybrid iterative model of multi-objective optimization for product development under the condition of uncertain task time is constructed by introducing six-point fuzzy numbers and the development time and cost of products are taken as optimization objectives.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy(NSGA-Ⅱ)is adopted to solve the optimization model,and the task execution scheme of the non-dominated solution set which is most suitable for the product development expected by enterprises under two kinds of optimization objectives is obtained.Finally,the design and development process of the luffing mechanism for a four-bar portal crane is taken as an example to analyze and verify the validity of the proposed model.
