年轻男男性行为者首个同性性伴年龄及其相关因素分析

Analysis of the age of the first homosexual partner of young men who have sex with men and its associated factors

目的了解年轻男男性行为者(young men who have sex with men,YMSM)首次同性性行为现状,分析首个同性性伴年龄与其相关因素的关系。方法用“滚雪球”抽样法,对四川省绵阳市YMSM进行同性性行为等问卷调查,用χ^(2)检验、Logistics回归模型进行首个同性性伴年龄的关联因素分析。结果有效问卷342份,首次同性性行为、首个同性性伴年龄中位数分别为18岁、21岁,二者呈正相关(r=0.115,P<0.05)。首个同性性伴来自互联网占69.88%、自己接触占18.13%、朋友介绍占8.48%,首次同性性行为性角色为被插入方占62.31%、插入方占25.23%,75.59%使用安全套,25.69%有出血。多因素分析结果显示,首次同性性行为年龄≥18岁、非自愿、性角色为被插入方和使用过rush者其首个同性性伴年龄较大,首个同性性伴来自朋友介绍/自己接触/其他者的年龄较小。结论YMSM首次同性性行为时间较早,风险行为并存。首个同性性伴年龄与YMSM多种因素相关,年龄较大者健康风险更大。应加强青少年早期性教育。

Objective To understand the current status of the first homosexual behavior of young men who have sex with men(YMSM),and analyze the relationship between the age of the first homosexual partner and its associated factors.Methods The snowball sampling method was used to conduct the first homosexual behavior questionnaire survey among the YMSM in Mianyang city,Sichuan province.Theχ^(2)test and the Logistics regression model were used to analyze the factors associated with the age of the first homosexual partner.Results There were 342 valid questionnaires,the median ages of the first homosexual behavior and the first homosexual partner were 18 years old and 21 years old respectively,with positively correlated(r=0.115,P<0.05).About 69.88%of the first homosexual partners came from the Internet,18.13%from their own contacts,8.48%from friend introductions.The first homosexual role was 62.31%for the inserted party,and 25.23%for inserting party,75.59%used condoms,and 25.69%had bleeding.Multivariate analysis result showed that those whose age of first homosexual behavior was greater than or equal to 18 years old,who were non-consensual,who had a sexual role being inserted and who had used rush,had an older first homosexual partner.And those whose first homosexual partner was introduced by a friend/self-contact/other,had a younger first homosexual partner.Conclusions The first homosexual behavior of young men who have sex with men is earlier,coexisted with the risky behaviors.The age of the first homosexual partner is associated with multiple factors in YMSM,and health risks are greater among the older persons.Early adolescent sexuality education should be strengthened.
