FNAC联合FNA-Tg在甲状腺乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of FNAC combined with FNA-Tg in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma

目的探讨FNAC联合FNA-Tg在甲状腺乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年8月兵器工业五二一医院收治的206例甲状腺乳头状癌患者的临床资料,共有220个颈部淋巴结疑似发生转移。比较FNAC、FNAC二者单独、联合与病理学检查对甲状腺乳头状癌患者疑似颈部淋巴结转移的检出结果及其诊断效能。结果FNAC检查、FNA-Tg检查、二者联合检查对甲状腺乳头状癌患者疑似颈部淋巴结转移的阳性检出率分别为75.45%、79.09%、84.55%;与FNAC、FNA-Tg检查相比,FNAC联合FNA-Tg检查对甲状腺乳头状癌患者疑似颈部淋巴结转移的灵敏度、准确度均较高(均P<0.05)。结论FNAC联合FNA-Tg检查在甲状腺乳头状癌患者颈部淋巴结转移中可明显提高阳性检出率,具有较高的诊断效能,且优于单一诊断。

Objective To explore the application value of FNAC combined with FNA-Tg in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 206 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to the 521 Hospital of the Weaponry Industry from January 2019 to August 2021.There were a total of 220 cervical lymph nodes are suspected of metastasis The detection results and diagnostic efficacy of FNAC and FNAC alone,combined and pathological examinations for suspected cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.were compared.Results The positive detection rates of FNAC examination,FNA-Tg examination,and their combined examination for suspected cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma were 75.45%,79.09%,and 84.55%respectively;compared with FNAC and FNA-Tg examinations,The sensitivity and accuracy of FNAC combined with FNA-Tg examination for suspected cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion FNAC combined with FNA-Tg examination can significantly increase the positive detection rate in patients with cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.It has a higher diagnostic efficiency and is better than a single diagnosis.
