“南泥湾精神”融入大学生劳动教育的价值与路径

The Value and Path of Integrating“Nanniwan Spirit”into College Students’Labor Education

中国共产党在伟大劳动创造中孕育了“南泥湾精神”,其蕴含的“自力更生,艰苦奋斗”精神,是对党领导下的陕甘宁边区开展大生产运动的生动诠释,与党在新时代对青年劳动教育的内在要求相契合。加强新时代大学生劳动教育要重视传承“南泥湾精神”,发挥“南泥湾精神”在融入大学生劳动教育中的“融情”“导向”和“赋能”价值,为大学生劳动教育提供有效的精神引领。基于此,通过创设体验劳动,引导集体劳动以及创新劳动课程等路径加以教育,对培育爱劳动、会劳动、懂劳动的新时代大学生具有重要的实践意义。

The Communist Party of China gave birth to“Nanniwan Spirit”in its great labor creation,and its spirit of“self-reliance and hard struggle”is a vivid interpretation of the great production movement led by the Shaxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region of the Party,with the new era of the Party’s inherent requirements for youth labor education.To strengthen the labor education of college students in the new era,we should attach importance to inheriting“Nanniwan Spirit”and provide effective value guidance for the labor education of college students.Based on this,we should guide collective labor and innovating labor courses by creating experiential labor,this is of great practical significance to the cultivation of college students who love,know and understand labor in the new era.
