摘要
思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,是实现为党育人、为国育才,努力办好人民满意教育的重要基础课程。对标落实新时代高校思想政治理论课改革创新实施方案,有效结合高校思政工作实际,对目前存在的“内容说服力不够、教师感召力不强、学生获得感不高、话语感染力不深、协同创新力不足”五方面重点问题,有针对性地提出“鲜活教学内容、加强队伍建设、创新实践平台、改善教学方法、建立联动机制”的解决思路,聚焦落实“政治引领、制度设计、阵地建设、评价激励”的基本要领,主动发挥思想政治理论课的政治引领和价值引领作用,形成“全校思政课一盘棋”的总格局,一体化构建“三全育人”视域下高校思想政治理论课协同创新机制。
The ideological and political theory course is a key course to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.It is an important basic course to realize the education of people for the Party and the country,and strive to run the education of people’s satisfaction.It is aimed to implement the reform and innovation implementation plan of the ideological and political theory course in schools in the new era,and effectively combine the reality of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Focus on the five problems of“insufficient persuasion of content,weak appeal of teachers,low sense of acquisition of students,low discourse appeal and insufficient collaborative innovation”,and put forward the problem-solving ideas of“fresh teaching content,strengthening team construction,innovating practice platform,improving teaching methods and establishing linkage mechanism.”Focus on the implementation of the basic essentials of“political guidance,system design,position construction,evaluation and incentive”,actively play the role of political guidance and value guidance of ideological and political theory courses,form the general pattern of“one game of chess for ideological and political courses in the whole school”,and build a collaborative innovation mechanism for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities from the perspective of“three-in-one education”.
