摘要
通过测试钢渣—硅灰—水泥三元复合胶凝材料的凝结时间、安定性和胶砂强度,研究了钢渣与硅灰的复合比例对复合胶凝材料物理性能影响的规律,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对复合胶凝材料水化产物微观形貌与结构进行了分析。结果表明:大掺量钢渣延长了复合胶凝材料的凝结时间,掺入硅灰可以缩短凝结时间。钢渣的掺入不利于胶凝体系的体积安定性,但硅灰的加入使其得以改善。适量的硅灰有助于三元胶凝体系力学性能的提升,当钢渣、硅灰和水泥的比例为35∶15∶50时,三元复合胶凝材料胶砂强度最高。
By testing the setting time,stability and mortar strength of steel slag-silica fume-cement ternary composite cementitious material,the effect of composite ratio of steel slag and silica fume on the physical properties of composite cementitious material was studied,and the microstructure and morphology of hydration products of composite cementitious material were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the setting time of composite cementitious material is prolonged by adding large amount of steel slag,and the setting time can be shortened by adding silica fume. The addition of steel slag is not conducive to the volume stability of cementitious system,but the addition of silica fume can improve it. When the ratio of steel slag,silica fume and cement is 35∶15∶50,the mortar strength of ternary composite cementitious material is the highest.
