摘要
小直径钻孔灌注桩施工因噪音小,在各种地基施工中均可广泛采用等特点,常用于工业与民用建筑中。该桩基施工质量的好坏,对桩的承载力影响非常大,因此在施工中,质量控制是关键。论文以在建工程小直径钻孔灌注桩施工过程为例,对钻孔灌注桩进行深入研究,指出小直径钻孔灌注桩钢筋笼上浮通病的存在,针对该问题,通过现场总结经验以及查阅相关资料,采用防止灌注桩钢筋笼浮笼的管件以及对灌注桩混凝土流量的漏斗进行控制,实践证明,成功解决了钢筋笼上浮的质量通病。
The small diameter drilled grouting pile construction can be used in various foundation constructions due to its low noise. It is often used in industrial and civil buildings. At the same time,the construction quality of the pile foundation has a great influence on the bearing capacity of the pile.Therefore,quality control is the key during construction. Taking the small-diameter drilled grouting pile in construction as an example,conduct research on drilled grouting piles,and point out the problems of steel-reinforced cage up-floating of the piles. In response to this problem,sum up experience on site and consult relevant information. The pipe fittings to prevent the reinforcement cage of the pile from floating up and the funnel to control the concrete flow of the drilled grouting pile are used for control. Proved by practice,the common quality problem of steel-reinforced cage up-floating has been successfully solved.
