“阳不入阴”不寐病机涵义现今不详,目前尚缺乏关于其内涵的探讨研究。“阳不入阴”作为不寐病证的总病机,在历代医家的不断认识与发挥下延伸出不同涵义。在结合营卫循行中,“阳不入阴”不寐病机涵义为营卫失常;在结合脏腑辨证中,“阳不入阴”涵义为心肾不交;在结合魂魄学说中,“阳不入阴”即神魂不入精魄及魂不入肝。以“阳不入阴”不寐病机为纲,通过探讨其在营卫循行、脏腑辨证和魂魄学说中的不同内涵,可进一步丰富不寐病机的理论实质,为临床不寐辨治提供参考。

The meaning of insomnia pathogenesis of“Yang not entering Yin”is unknown,and there is still a lack of research on its connotation.“Yang not entering Yin”as the general pathogenesis of insomnia,has been extended to different meanings under the continuous understanding and play of doctors in the past dynasties.In the combination of nutrient-defense circulating,“Yang not entering Yin”means that the relationship of nutrient-defense is abnormal;In the combination of Zang-Fu syndrome differentiation,“Yang not entering Yin”means that Heart-kidney interaction;In the combination of soul theory,“Yang not entering Yin”means that the hun does not enter the Po and the Po does not enter the liver.By discussing its different meanings in nutrient-defense circulating、Zang-Fu syndrome differentiation and soul theory based on the pathogenesis of insomnia of“Yang not entering Yin”,it can further enrich the theoretical essence of insomnia pathogenesis and provide reference for the differentiation and treatment of insomnia in clinical practice.
