基于半结构式访谈与扎根理论构建名老中医原创思维方法的应用体系

Construction of Application System of Famous and Old TCM Doctors Original Thinking Method Based on Semi-structured Interview and Grounded Theory

目的:了解名老中医群体对于中医原创思维的认知情况以及临床应用的思路与方法。方法:本研究采用半结构式访谈与扎根理论相结合的方法对14位名老中医进行了资料的收集、处理和分析。结果:初步构建了“名老中医原创思维方法的应用体系”理论框架,反映了该群体教、学、用中医原创思维的实际情况,厘清了名老中医临床识病、诊病、治病、防病的一般思维过程和思维方法。结论:名老中医群体对于中医原创思维的认识与把握非常深刻和灵活,临床上以“道”驭“术”,运用中西医各种诊疗技术。

Objective:To understand the cognition of famous and old TCM doctors on original thinking of TCM and the ideas and methods of clinical application.Methods:This study used a combination of semi-structured interview and grounded theory to collect,process and analyze the data from 14 senior Chinese medicine practitioners.Result:The theoretical framework of"Application system of famous and old TCM doctors original thinking method"was constructed,reflecting the actual situation of the group’s teaching,learning and using original thinking of TCM,and clarifying their general thinking process and thinking method of clinical recognition,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of illness.Conclusion:The famous and old TCM doctors have a profound and flexible understanding of the original thinking of TCM.In clinical practice,various diagnosis and treatment techniques of traditional Chinese and Western medicine are used by doctors with medical thinking("Tao").
