中医药治疗白癜风的研究进展

Research Progress on Treatment of Vitiligo with Traditional Chinese Medicine

白癜风是临床常见的色素脱失性皮肤病,属于中医“白驳风”“白癜”“斑驳”范畴,以皮肤或黏膜部位发生白斑为主要特征,易诊难治,极易反复。该病病因复杂,发病机制不明,中医学认为白癜风发病由内外多种病理因素导致,与肝、脾、肾密切相关,以气血失和为主要病机,治疗应确定疾病的病因病机,判定疾病的类型和阶段而用药。临床应用表明中医药治疗白癜风疗效显著,毒副作用小,近年来中医药防治白癜风引发广泛研究,并取得了一定的研究进展。文章通过查阅整理相关文献,详细概述了白癜风的病因病机以及中医药治疗方法和手段,着重总结介绍了中医辨证分型治疗、中药复方、中成药和中药注射液治疗,以及外治法、中药单体治疗和针灸治疗,以期为临床应用和研究提供有益参考。

Vitiligo is a common clinical skin disease with depigmentation,it belongs to the category of"Baibofeng","Vitiligo"and"Mottled"in traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly characterized by the occurrence of leukoplakia on the skin or mucous membrane,easy to diagnose but difficult to treat,and it is easy to repeat.The etiology of the disease is complicated and the pathogenesis is unknown.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the onset of vitiligo is caused by a variety of internal and external pathological factors,and is closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidneys.The main pathogenesis is the loss of Qi and blood,and the treatment should determine the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,determine the type and stage of the disease,and use drugs.Clinical application shows that traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating vitiligo and has little side effects.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has triggered extensive research on the prevention and treatment of vitiligo,and has made certain research progress.This article summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo,as well as the treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine by consulting related documents,and it mainly summarized and introduced TCM syndrome differentiation treatment,TCM compound prescription,TCM and TCM injection treatment,as well as external treatment,TCM single treatment and acupuncture treatment,expecting to provide a useful reference for clinical application and research.
