慢性萎缩性胃炎的中西医治疗

Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

慢性萎缩性胃炎是临床常见的消化系统疾病,由多种因素相互作用所致。该病随着病情的发展,可能出现肠化生和不典型增生的胃癌前病变,严重时可发展为胃癌,严重威胁患者的生命健康。其发病机制尚未完全明确,临床无特效治疗方法,病情容易反复。目前,临床采用西医、中医,以及中西医联合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,可一定程度改善患者临床症状,阻断、逆转胃黏膜萎缩和肠上皮生化。本文以下对西医、中医以及中西医联合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗进展进行综述,以期为慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床诊治提供一定参考依据。

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common digestive system disease,caused by the interaction of various factors.With the development of the disease,precancerous lesions of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia of gastric cancer may occur,which can develop into gastric cancer in severe cases and seriously threaten the life and health of patients.Its pathogenesis is not yet fully clear,with no specific clinical treatment,and the condition is easy to repeat.At present,the clinical use of Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the clinical symptoms to a certain extent,block and reverse gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal epithelial biochemistry.This article reviews the progress of western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,in order to provide some reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
