Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) has been demonstrated to serve important roles in a variety of human tumor types.lncRNA LINC00665 are associated with multiple cancer types,such as lung cancer,breast cancer and gastric neoplasia.Based on previous studies,that examined LINC00665 expression in tumors,LINC00665 regulates tumorigenesis and cancer progression by acting as a competitive endogenous RNA.lncRNA LINC00665 can sponge microRNA and regulate downstream signaling pathways.In addition,overexpression of LINC00665 inhibits apoptosis by regulating cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis through various mechanisms of action.LINC00665 may become a new therapeutic target or diagnostic biomarker for tumors.
