内生驱动与外源推动:中国共产党政党形象建构的双重进路

Endogenous and Exogenous Drive:the Dual Approach to the Construction of the Party Image of the Communist Party of China

内生驱动与外源驱动相互配合是中国共产党政党形象建构的双重进路。中国共产党政党形象包含政党的宗旨和价值理念、政党组织成员形象、政党的执政业绩等要素,也包含应对外部环境变化的行为所展现出来的形象特质。百年来,中国共产党的政党形象呈现出革命斗争型、发展建设型、改革开放型等多种特征。政党形象建构的制衡因素有负面政治行为对政党形象的影响、媒介泛化对政党形象的“污名化”、执政风险对政党形象的考验。新时代政党形象建构要坚持内生驱动和外源推动,实现由单向型灌输到三维型互动转变,由政治性动员向社会性发展延伸,由内生性驱动向外源推动拓展。

The combination of endogenous drive and exogenous drive is the dual approach to the construction of the party image of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The party image of the CPC includes elements such as the tenets and values of the party,the image of the members of the party organization,and the ruling performance of the party,as well as the image characteristics of the behavior in response to changes in the external environment.In the past hundred years,the party image of the CPC has been characterized by revolutionary struggle,development and construction,reform and openness.The check and balance factors of party image construction include the influence of negative political behavior on party image,the"stigmatization"of party image by media generalization,and the test of party image by ruling risks.The image construction of the CPC in the new era should adhere to both endogenous drive and exogenous drive,realize the transformation from one-way inculcation to three-dimensional interaction,extend from political mobilization to social development,and expand from endogenous drive to exogenous drive.
