Since the 1990s,the digital industry with data as the main means of production has promoted production efficiency in all fields of the whole industry and optimized the global economic structure.Data has become an important means of production.Under the control of the inherent profit-seeking nature,capital builds and leads a value chain from data generation to data collection and possession to data product production and commercialization,through which capital and data are coupled to obtain a new form of capital.The encapsulation of digital technology makes the logic of data capital multiplication more hidden,aggravates the exploitation of the people and the overall alienation of the people's living state,and the spiritual realm of the people encounters new crises.The critical analysis of political economy on the process and source of value movement of data capital and the overall alienation of human society is an effective way to understand the changing nature of contemporary capitalist movement.
