摘要
以铁路沥青混凝土结构为研究对象,重点对中韩两国标准体系进行对比分析。沥青混凝土结构在中韩两国铁路的应用层位存在明显差异,韩国将其作为有砟轨道道床或无砟轨道底座使用,而中国将其视为基床表层的组成部分。中韩两国从功能要求和结构要求出发,建立了铁路沥青混凝土的指标体系,但两国在其配合比设计方法、性能技术要求等方面不同,中国铁路沥青混凝土的性能整体上优于韩国。中韩的应用实践表明,沥青混凝土结构可改善路基防排水性能,提高轨道与路基结构承载能力,降低运维成本,具有防水、强化、隔离等功能。
Taking the railway asphalt concrete structure as the research object,the standard system between China and the Republic of Korea were intensively comparative analyzed.There were obvious differences in the application layer of asphalt concrete structure in the railway between China and the Republic of Korea.The Republic of Korea used it as the ballast track bed or ballastless track base,while China regarded it as an integral part of the surface layer of the subgrade bed.China and the Republic of Korea have set up the index system of railway asphalt concrete from the functional and structural requirements.However,the two countries were different in proportion design method,performance and technical requirements,etc.The performance of Chinese railway asphalt concrete was superior to that of the Republic of Korea on the whole.The application practice in China and the Republic of Korea shows that asphalt concrete structure can improve the waterproof and drainage performance of subgrade,improve the bearing capacity of track and subgrade structure,reduce the operation and maintenance cost,and has the functions of waterproof,strengthening and isolation etc.
