水红铁路托摩地大桥开裂桥墩更换设计

摘要 水红(六盘水—红果)铁路托摩地大桥6#桥墩混凝土开裂严重,影响行车安全。首先分析了病害原因,提出3种更换桥墩的整治方案。经综合比选,确定采用方案1,即在维持列车正常运营条件下,先在原6#墩左右两侧各增设一个矩形墩柱,柱顶横桥向设置双横梁的门式框架桥墩更换原6#桥墩。依据此方案对桥墩基础、墩柱、横梁、支撑块、支撑纵梁和桥墩顶帽各细部和施工方法进行了设计。经实施,采用该方案不仅彻底根治了桥墩病害,而且结构形式新颖,对既有铁路桥墩和铁路运营干扰小,施工便捷安全,节省投资。 The concrete cracking of Tuomodi bridge 6#pier of Shuihong(Liupanshui-Hongguo)railway is serious,which affects the traffic safety.Firstly,the causes of the disease were analyzed,and three remediation schemes for replacing piers were put forward.After comprehensive comparison and selection,scheme 1 was determined,that is,under the condition of maintaining the normal operation of the train,a rectangular pier column is added on the left and right sides of the original 6#pier,and the double cross beams portal frame pier is set on the top of the column in the transverse direction of the bridge to replace the original 6#pier.According to this scheme,the details and construction methods of pier foundation,pier column,cross beam,support block,support longitudinal beam and pier cap were designed.After implementation,the scheme not only completely eradicates the pier diseases,but also has a novel structural form,with little interference to the existing railway piers and railway operation,convenient and safe construction and saving investment.
