伟大建党精神融入高校思想政治理论课的思路考察

伟大建党精神和高校思想政治理论课二者之间具有政治内聚性、价值契合性和内容耦合性,把伟大建党精神融入高校思想政治理论课教学是坚定中国文化自信的根本需要、牢牢把握中国特色社会主义大学办学方向的根本保证、落实高校“立德树人”根本教育任务的内在需求、反对历史虚无主义树立正确党史观的重要举措。因此,高校思想政治理论课要树立系统性、整体性、协同性三种思维;高校思想政治理论课教师要树立柔性管理、情感教育、服务育人三重理念和培养过硬的政治素质、精湛的业务能力、高超的育人水平三种素养能力进而将伟大建党精神融入高校思想政治理论课,从而更好地培养能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

Cohesion exists in politics,value and content between the great party building spirit and the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Incorporating the great party building spirit into the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is the fundamental need to strengthen the confidence of Chinese culture,the fundamental guarantee of the school-running direction of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics,the inherent need of implementing the fundamental educational task of“cultivating morality and cultivating people”in colleges and universities,and an important measure to oppose historical nihilism and establish a correct view of the Party's history.Therefore,ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should establish systematic,holistic and collaborative thinking.Teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should adhere to flexible management,emotional education and service education,and cultivate excellent political quality,superb business skills and proficient educational level.By further integrating the great party building spirit into the ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities,new talents of the era who can take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation can better be cultivated.
