新时代农村基层党内思想教育建设的现实境遇及路径选择——基于皖北X村、S村和D村的调研分析

Situation and Path Selection of the Construction of Rural Grassroots Inner-Party Ideological Education in the New Era:Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Village X,S and D in Northern Anhui Province

思想是行动的先导,农村基层党内思想教育作为农村基层党建整体中的先导环节,保障着农村工作的正确政治方向。加强农村基层党内思想教育建设不仅是从革命年代就有的革命传统,也是党组织应对当下农村现实问题以及今后持续推进全面从严治党战略和乡村振兴战略的必然选择。基于实地的调研结果,发现目前部分农村基层党内思想教育在教育内容、教育方式和教育机制上存在一定的问题。从农村基层党内思想教育的现实出发,针对现存问题提出相对应解决方案,推动农村基层党内思想教育建设。

Thought is the forerunner of actions,rural grassroots inner-party ideological education,as the forerunner of overall rural grassroots party building,ensures the correct political direction of rural work.Strengthening the construction of ideological education within the party at the grassroots level in rural areas is not only a revolutionary tradition from the revolutionary era,but also an inevitable choice for the party organization to cope with the current rural problems and continue to promote the strategy of comprehensively governing the party and rural revitalization in the future.Based on the results of field investigation,it is found that there are still some problems in the content,mode and mechanism of ideological education within the party at the grassroots level in some rural areas.Starting from the reality of rural grassroots inner-party ideological education,this paper puts forward countermeasures to existing problems and promotes the construction of rural grassroots inner-party ideological education.
