自媒体是解构权威的最新利器,它催生了新的话语权力中心。当前,高校网络意识形态话语权建设面临话语主体主导权被消解、话语内容解释权被解构、话语平台引领权被削弱及话语环境管理权被弱化的挑战。高校必须因时、因势而为,通过提升话语主体素养,增强网络意识形态话语主导权;科学设置话题议程,掌握网络意识形态话语解释权;着力构建融媒体平台,提升网络意识形态话语引领权;净化话语环境,加强网络意识形态话语环境管理权。只有牢牢掌握高校网络意识形态话语主导权、解释权、引领权、管理权,才能有力地回应西方意识形态的挑战,提升新时代高校思想政治教育工作的实效性。

We Media is the latest tool to deconstruct authority,and it has spawned a new discourse power center.At present,the construction of discourse power in the network ideology of colleges and universities is faced with the challenges of the dissolution of the dominant power of discourse subject,the deconstruction of the power of discourse content interpretation,the weakening of the leading power of discourse platform and the weakening of the power of discourse environment management.Colleges and universities must act according to the time and situation,strengthen the dominant power of network ideological discourse by improving the discourse subject quality;Scientifically set the topic agenda and master the power of interpreting network ideological discourse;Focus on building a media platform to enhance the leading power of network ideological discourse;Purify the discourse environment,strengthen the network ideology discourse environment management right.Only by firmly mastering the dominant power,interpretation power,leading power and management power of university network ideological discourse can we effectively respond to the challenge of Western ideology and improve the effectiveness of university ideological and political education in the new era.
