输气站场手柄式球阀开关困难故障处理方法研究

摘要 小口径手动球阀普遍采用手柄进行手动开关操作,随着阀门长时间运行,会出现开关困难甚至抱死的现象,严重影响安全生产。文中总结了手柄式球阀因阀座与阀体抱死、阀体结冰、阀杆变形以及压盖与阀杆配合处锈蚀等故障因素,提出了故障处理措施,为输气站场手柄式球阀开关困难问题处理提供参考。 Minor-caliber manual ball valve generally uses handle for manual opening and closing operation. With the long-term operation, it is often difficult to open or even locking up, which seriously affects the safety production. This paper summarized the failure factors of the handle ball valve, such as the valve seat and the valve body locking, the freezing of the valve body, the valve stem deformation, and the corrosion of the matching part of the gland and the valve stem. The fault treatment methods were proposed, which provided reference for dealing with the difficult problem of handle ball valve switch in gas transmission station.
