我国高校图书馆知识产权信息服务研究

Research on the Intellectual Property Information Service of University Libraries in China

课题组对国家知识产权信息服务中心所挂靠的高校图书馆网站进行调研发现,高校图书馆知识产权信息服务已呈现出良好的发展态势,但仍处于实践探索阶段,存在网站建设参差不齐;服务内容单一,服务深度欠缺;人才储备、资源平台建设,制度建设等保障条件不足;宣传意识不强,宣传力度不够等问题。从加快网站建设、扩大宣传,找准服务定位、明确服务边界,加强资源平台和服务团队建设,开展多方合作、加快服务联盟建设等方面提出面向未来的高校知识产权信息服务发展对策。

Research on the websites of the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center affiliated to university libraries show that the development of such service in university libraries is gaining momentum,while there are still weaknesses:we are still exploring the best way to improve the websites,which are at different stages of development;the service contents need to be diversified and go deep;we should work harder to build a talent pool,a resource platform and provide an institutional guarantee;we need to improve the public awareness with improved publicity work.As such,the future-oriented intellectual property information service construction in university libraries should focus on the construction of the websites and publicity works,the priority and the definition of the service,the development of resource platforms and talent teams,cooperation and alignment with other institutions and individuals.
