摘要 为解决工业企业VOCs处理方案优选问题,选取稳定达标率、运行成本、投资费用、技术成熟度、占地面积、对周围环境影响、运行安全性作为方案评价指标,根据项目经验性数据和语气算子确定评价指标的标准特征值,利用二元比较模糊量化方法确定了评价指标权重,提出了基于可变模糊优选模型的工业VOCs方案技术经济评价算法,并将该模型应用某石油化工企业净水车间没有废气处理装置的方案比选中。该模型能客观、全面地评价方案,提高了优选决策的可信度。 To solve the problem of choosing VOCs treatment solutions for industrial enterprises,this paper select compliance rate,operating costs,investment costs,technological maturity,area,impact on the surrounding environment,and operational safety as the evaluation index system.Determine the standard characteristic value of the evaluation index based on the project empirical data and the tone operator.Binary comparison fuzzy quantization is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index.An evaluation algorithm of technical and economic evaluation of industrial VOCs treatment based on variable fuzzy clustering model was proposed.The model can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the scheme and improved credibility.
