Research Progress and Prospects of Domestic Ethylene Glycol

乙二醇是一种十分重要的化工原料,文章简要分析了现阶段中国乙二醇供需关系及乙二醇企业未来发展方向,介绍了现阶段工业化的几种乙二醇制备技术路线以及存在的问题,同时详细介绍了更加绿色环保的乙烯一步法制备乙二醇技术的研究现状。系统总结了用于乙烯一步法制乙二醇所需的钛硅分子筛(TS-1)催化剂的应用与研究进展,并对乙烯一步法制乙二醇的未来发展前景进行了展望。

Ethylene glycol is an important chemical raw material.In this work,the relationship of current domestic ethylene glycol supply and demand,and the future development direction of ethylene glycol enterprises were analyzed briefly.At the same time,the research status of more green and environmental friendly one-step preparation of ethylene glycol from ethylene is introduced in detail.The application and research progress of titanium-silicon molecular sieve(TS-1)catalysts for one-step production of ethylene glycol from ethylene were summarized systematically.The future development prospects for one-step production of ethylene glycol from ethylene were prospected.
