摘要
文章分析了安全预评价中挪威船级社(DNV)定量风险分析PHAST RISK软件在危险化学品建设项目的应用。利用该软件对项目事故及整体风险进行计算,分析项目中发生易燃气体等危险物质泄漏事故时,危险源的泄漏扩散情况及当遇到点火源发生火灾爆炸时对周边人员及环境的后果影响,计算其产生的个人风险和社会风险,且以图表等形式直观表达出来,从而为项目的安全提供指导,并提出建设项目优化布局方案的建议。
This paper analyzes the application of DNV quantitative risk analysis PHAST RISK software in hazardous chemical construction projects in safety pre assessment.The software is used to calculate the accident and overall risk of the project,analyze the leakage and diffusion of hazard sources in case of leakage of flammable gas and other hazardous substances in the project,and the impact on the surrounding personnel and environment in case of f ire and explosion in case of ignition source,calculate the personal risk and social risk,and express them intuitively in the form of charts,so as to provide guidance for the safety of the project,and put forward suggestions on optimizing the layout of construction projects.
