摘要
灌装行业的技术正在不断更新和发展,为了提高灌装行业的效率,该课题选择SIMATIC系列可编程控制器S7-200PLC实现了多阀同时运行,并实现自动控制,以及解决自动加盖和桶检测不足的问题。在灌装模式下,将原来的称重模式改为体积灌装模式,以保证灌装线的高速运行,增加灌装线的灌装速度。文章首先介绍了生产线上软件和硬件选择的配置方案,同时使用CAD绘制出了灌装系统的电气接线图,最后通过MCGS组态仿真系统进行运行时监测,用STEP7-Micro/WIN SP9调试结果表明系统运行正常,技术转换已完成。
The technology of the filling industry is constantly updated and developing.In order to increase the eff iciency of the filling industry,this topic of SIMATIC series programmable controller S7-200PLC is selected to realize the process of multi-valve simultaneous operation,automatic control and automatic barrel detection.In the filling mode,the original weighing mode was changed to the volume filling mode to ensure the high-speed operation of the filling line and increase the filling speed of the filling line.Provide software and hardware options on the production line.At the same time,the electrical wiring diagram of the filling system was drawn using CAD.Finally,through the MCGS conf iguration simulation system operation time monitoring,the STEP7-Micro/WIN SP9 debugging results show that the system is running normally and the technical transformation has been completed.The automatic control system project studied in this paper has basically completed the functional conversion.After going public,it is expected to bring more benef its to many companies.
