化学工业作为国民经济的支柱产业,受到了社会的广泛关注,其生产过程中设备的稳定运行直接影响其生产质量。因此,在化工设备管理中,必须采用TnPM管理技术,坚持“应修必修、修必修好、修必节约、修必检查考核”的原则,加强维修费用的使用管理,树立维修理念,加强日常维护,杜绝以修代修、漏项维修等不良现象,防止过修或失修,减少因维修不充分造成的故障停机事件,不断降低维修成本,提高成本管理的计划性和效率。文章主要阐述了TnPM管理技术在化工设备管理中的不足及实施背景、TnPM管理技术推广的四个阶段及其在化工设备管理中的应用,以期为设备管理水平的提高提供有效保障。

As a pillar industry of the national economy,the chemical industry has received extensive attention from the society.The stable operation of equipment in its production process directly affects its production quality.Therefore,in the management of chemical equipment,we must adopt TnPM management technology,adhere to the principle of“required repair,required repair,saving repair and inspection and assessment”,strengthen the use and management of maintenance costs,establish the maintenance concept,strengthen daily maintenance,put an end to adverse phenomena such as replacing repair with repair and missing item maintenance,prevent over repair or disrepair,reduce failure shutdown events caused by insuff icient maintenance,and continuously reduce the maintenance cost,Improve the planning and eff iciency of cost management.This paper mainly expounds the shortcomings and implementation background of TnPM management technology in chemical equipment management,the four stages of the promotion of TnPM management technology and its application in chemical equipment management,in order to provide effective guarantee for the improvement of equipment management level.
