摘要 文章简述了提高紫外光(UV)树脂、UV涂料硬度及耐磨性的常见方法,为了克服无机粒子在UV树脂、UV涂料中分散不均及易沉降等不足,介绍并制备了一种UV固化纳米二氧化硅杂化环氧丙烯酸酯及其涂料,该杂化环氧丙烯酸酯及其涂料具有较低的黏度,较低的纳米粒子含量,经紫外光充分固化后,涂层硬度高,耐磨性好。在木地板、橱柜板等家具行业及其他耐磨涂层领域具有广泛的应用价值。 The article simply describes the common methods to improve the hardness and abrasion resistance for UV resins and coatings,in order to overcome the defects that inorganic particle is dispersion heterogeneous and settleable in UV resins and coatings,introduces how to make one kind of UV cured nano-silica hybrid epoxy acrylate and coatings.This epoxy acrylate and coatings have characteristics of low viscosity,low content of nano-particles,high hardness and good abrasion resistance after fully UV curing,have extensive applications in furniture industry such as wood floor,cabinet and other f ields of abrasion resistance coatings.
