公路路基高砂高泡固结体的强度与演化特征

摘要 研究了水胶比和砂胶比对公路路基高砂高泡水泥基填充材料固结体单轴抗压强度和气孔孔径分布的影响。结果表明,随着水胶比从0.5增加至0.8,高砂高泡水泥基填充材料基体的单轴抗压强度呈现先增加后减小的特征,在水胶比为0.7时取得最大值,约13.2 MPa。在相同标准氧化时间下,水胶比为0.6的固结体可以获得最大的单轴抗压强度。随着砂胶比从3.0增加至4.5,高砂高泡水泥基填充材料基体的单轴抗压强度和胶凝材料含量都呈现逐渐减小的特征。不同砂胶比下,试样中气孔孔径在0.25~0.35 mm和0.35~0.45 mm的频率高达50%以上;随着砂胶比从3.0增加至4.5,等效平均孔径和方差值都呈现逐渐增大的特征,且在相同标准氧化时间下,砂胶比为3.0的固结体可以获得最大的单轴抗压强度。 The influence of water-binder ratio and sand-binder ratio on the uniaxial compressive strength and pore size distribution of high sand and high foam cement-based filling materials and consolidated body of highway subgrade is studied.The results show that as the water-binder ratio increases from 0.5 to 0.8,the uniaxial compressive strength of the high sand and high foam cement-based filling materials increases first and then decreases;the maximum value is about 13.2 Mpa when the water-binder ratio is 0.7;when the water-binder ratio is 0.6,the maximum uniaxial compressive strength can be obtained.As the sand-binder ratio increases from 3.0 to 4.5,the uniaxial compressive strength and the content of cementitious materials of the high sand and high foam cement-based filling materials decrease gradually.With different sand-binder ratios,the frequency of pore size falling between 0.25 mm and 0.35 mm and between 0.35 mm and 0.45 mm is more than 50%;as the sand-binder ratio increases from 3.0 to 4.5,the equivalent mean pore size and variance gradually increase,and given the same standard oxidation time,the consolidated body with the sand-binder ratio of 3.0 can reach the maximum uniaxial compressive strength.
