摘要
采用溶剂热法,通过改变溶剂的种类,合成了NiWO_(4)纳米材料,以乙二醇和水为溶剂制备的NiWO_(4)纳米材料分别具有纳米棒形貌和介孔结构,这两种结构有利于电解液离子的扩散,作为电极材料在4 mol/L KOH电解液中具有较大的比电容,在0.5 A/g的电流密度下分别为942.2 F/g和716 F/g,表现出优良的电化学性能,在超级电容器材料领域具有应用前景。
NiWO_(4) nano-materials were synthesized by solvothermal method.NiWO_(4) nano-materials showed nanorods morphology using ethylene glycol as solvent,and mesoporous structure could be found using water as solvent.The nanorods and mesoporous structure were favorable for the diffusion of electrolyte ions,so as electrode material,the NiWO_(4) exhibited high specific capacitance in 4 mol/L KOH.At the current density of 0.5 A/g,the specific capacitance were 942.2 F/g and 716 F/g,respectively,showing their excellent electrochemical properties and potential application in the field of supercapacitor materials.
