摘要
目的:研究薄荷醇(Menthol)对小鼠呼吸道上皮短路电流的影响。方法:运用短路电流(Isc)技术观察薄荷醇对TRPM8+/+和TRPM8-/-小鼠呼吸道上皮离子转运的改变。结果:薄荷醇浓度依赖性地降低TRPM8+/+小鼠气道上皮Isc,而TRPM8-/-小鼠无此反应。
Objective:To study the effect of menthol on the short-circuit current of mouse respiratory epithelium.Methods:the short-circuit current(ISC)technique was used to observe the changes of menthol on the ion transport of TRPM8+/+、TRPM8-/-mice respiratory epithelium.Results:Menthol decreased the ISC of TRPM8+/+mice in a concentration dependent manner,but TRPM8-/-mice did not.
