城市更新中安置房项目设计实践——以文庭雅居项目为例

Design practice of resettlement housing project in urban renewal——Take Wenting elegant residence project as an example

城镇化的发展已经进入新时期,城市发展将更加注重高品质的更新和人才的吸引。安置房建设标准需要与时俱进,跟上社会的进步、居民生活水平提高的步伐。在对现有安置房小区的跟踪研究中发现,存在居民体验感较差的问题,需要我们在项目实践过程中得到正视和解决。因此在这次安置房小区项目设计过程中积极寻找策略和尝试,试图在有限条件下给安置居民提供一个高品质文化社区。

The development of urbanization has entered a new era.It will pay more attention to the renewal of high quality and the attraction of talents in urban development.The construction standard of resettlement housing needs to keep pace with the times,keep up with the progress of society and the improvement of residents'living standards.In the follow-up study of the existing resettlement housing community,it is found that there is a problem of poor residents'sense of experience,which is needed to be faced up to and solved in the process of project practice.Therefore,the resettlement housing community project actively seeks strategies and attempts in the design process,trying to provide a high-quality cultural community for the resettled residents under limited conditions.
