建筑工程司法鉴定有别于常规工程鉴定,本文阐述了建筑工程司法鉴定的工作要点和鉴定程序,以某受毗邻项目降水、爆破等施工作业影响的混凝土结构厂房司法鉴定工程为实例,对受鉴目标的结构损伤以及其他常规项目进行全面调查检测,甄别相邻施工作业与厂房结构损伤的对应关系并进行深入分析,提出司法鉴定意见,为此类相邻纠纷的司法鉴定活动提供参考。

The judicial appraisal of construction engineering is different from the conventional engineering identification.This paper expounds the working points and appraisal procedures of the judicial appraisal of construction engineering.Taking the judicial appraisal project of a concrete structure factory building affected by the construction operations such as dewatering and blasting of an adjacent project as an example,the structural damage of the target and other conventional items are comprehensively investigated and detected.The corresponding relationship between adjacent construction operations and plant structural damage is analyzed in depth and judicial appraisal opinions are put forward,which provides reference for judicial appraisal activities of adjacent construction disputes in such new projects.
