摘要
不良地质条件下,盾构掘进易出现刀具异常磨损、刀盘结泥饼等现象,此过程中需经常进行带压开仓检查换刀作业,但带压开仓检查换刀作业安全风险极高。因此,开展不良地质条件下带压开仓作业风险辨识与分析,并有针对性地研究制定风险应对技术措施,是保证盾构带压开仓作业安全的关键。本文以福州地铁5号线荆溪新城站~农林大学站盾构区间隧道工程不良地质为背景,针对带压开仓作业安全风险采用LEC法进行了专题分析,并根据分析结果开展系列应对技术研究,其研究成果的应用保证了盾构带压开仓作业的安全,也为今后类似工程提供了极具价值的借鉴和参考。
Under unfavorable geological conditions,abnormal tool wear and mud cake formation on the cutter head are likely to occur in shield driving.During this process,it is necessary to perform frequent inspection and tool change operations under pressure,but the safety risk of opening under pressure for inspection and tool change is extremely high.Therefore,carry out risk identification and analysis of shield opening operation under pressure under unfavorable geological conditions,then research and formulation of corresponding risk response technical measures in a targeted manner are the key to ensuring the safety of shield opening operation under pressure.Based on the unfavorable geological conditions of the tunnel project in the shield section of Fuzhou Metro Line 5 from Jing Xi Xin Cheng Station to Agriculture and Forestry University Station,this paper conducts a special analysis on the safety risk of shield opening operation under pressure using the LEC method,and conducts a series of coping technology studies based on the analysis results.The application of its research results ensures the safety of the shield opening operation under pressure,and also provide valuable reference and reference for similar projects in the future.
