摘要
为解决目前翼型曝气机动力转化效率较低、曝气机内各部位流体速度不均匀等问题,以翼型曝气机叶片的线性参数和运行参数为主要研究内容,设计以非等变角为对数螺旋线,NACA0012翼型为型面应用于翼型曝气机的新型叶片。通过对翼型性能进行理论和数值分析,利用3D建模对新型翼型进行设计,并对新型翼型进行数值模拟和模拟后的数据分析,深入研究了翼型曝气机新型曝气机叶片的空气动力特性、湍流动能等特性。
In order to solve the current problems of low power conversion efficiency of aerators and uneven fluid velocity in various parts of aerators,the linear and kinematic parameters of airfoil aerator blades are the main research content,and a new type of blade with non-equal variation angle as logarithmic helix and NACA0012 airfoil type as profile is designed for application in airfoil aerators.Through theoretical and numerical analysis of the airfoil performance,design of the new airfoil using 3D modelling,and numerical simulation of the new airfoil and analysis of the post-simulation data,the aerodynamic characteristics and turbulent energy of the new aerator blade for the airfoil aerator are investigated in depth.
