纤维增强树脂基复合材料湿热老化行为的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 对于纤维增强树脂基复合材料而言,在服役过程中湿度、温度等因素会严重影响复合材料的力学性能和使用寿命。从湿热老化机理、力学性能变化规律、老化寿命预测三个方面,阐述了近年来国内外纤维增强树脂基复合材料湿热老化行为的研究现状。指出了纤维增强树脂基复合材料湿热老化行为研究存在的问题:如机理研究不深入、研究系统性不足,对航空常用复合材料体系的寿命预测研究较少,据此提出了复合材料湿热老化行为研究的主要方向。 For fiber-reinforced resin matrix composites,factors such as humidity and temperature during service will seriously affect the mechanical properties and service life of the composites.The research status of the damp-heat aging behavior of fiber reinforced resin matrix composites at home and abroad in recent years is expounded from following three aspects:the damp-heat aging mechanism,the changing law of mechanical properties,and the aging life prediction.Finally,the problems existing in the research on the damp-heat aging behavior of fiber reinforced resin matrix composites are pointed out,such as the lack of in-depth mechanism research,the lack of systematic research,and the less research on the life prediction of composite systems commonly used in aviation.Therefore,the main direction of research on the wet-heat aging behavior of composite materials is proposed.
