OBE教学模式在“算法设计与分析”课程教学改革中的应用探索

Application of OBE Teaching Mode in Reform of“Algorithm Design and Analysis”Course

OBE教学模式符合软件工程专业认证的教育模式,强调“以学生为中心、产出为导向”的持续改进,能满足学生获取知识和培养能力的需求。在“算法设计与分析”课程中运用OBE教学模式,改革教学目标和任务,与竞赛相结合,推进“师导生学”和线上线下混合教学方式,制定长效激励机制,构建面向学生综合产出的考核方式。解决课程目前存在的“痛点”和“堵点”,使课程与人才培养相结合,进而有效达成毕业要求。实际应用的结果表明,改革取得的效果比较明显,学生在各类算法竞赛中所取得的成绩明显优于改革前的成绩。

OBE teaching mode is in line with software engineering professional certification education mode,and it is a further improvement of‘student-centered,output-oriented’,which can meet the needs of students to acquire knowledge and cultivate ability.To apply OBE teaching mode in the course of‘Algorithm Design and Analysis’,it is necessary to reform teaching objectives and tasks,combine with competitions,promote‘teacher-guided learning’and online and offline mixed teaching methods,formulate long-term incentive mechanism,and construct an assessment method for students'comprehensive output.The OBE teaching mode can solve the current‘pain point’and‘blocking point’of the course,make curriculum teaching and personnel training closely combined,and then effectively achieve the graduation requirement.The results of practical application show that the reform has achieved obvious effects,and students'achievements in various algorithm competitions are obviously better than those before the reform.
