渤海B油田产出液硫酸盐还原菌治理研究

Study on Treatment of Sulfate-reducing Bacteria in Produced Fluid of B Oilfield in Bohai Sea

渤海B油田注水水质硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)超标问题日趋严重,给油田开发、生产造成巨大的经济损失和安全危害。本文对该油田SRB超标原因进行了分析,发现SRB在油藏中已大量滋生、繁殖,通过菌属检测,产出液中SRB属于脱硫肠状菌属,该类菌属适应性强、繁殖速度快,对杀菌剂有较强抗药性,现场在用杀菌剂1227已使SRB产生抗药性,杀菌效果差是导致油田SRB超标的主要原因。通过室内大量实验表明,乙基三苯基溴化膦和聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐有很好的杀菌效果,现场在海管入口加注乙基三苯基溴化膦50mg/L、在气浮选器入口加注聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐30mg/L,海管产出液及注水水质SRB含量均能够达到25mg/L以下,满足现场需求。

Sulfate reducing bacteria in water injection quality of Bohai B Oilfield The problem of(SRB) exceeding the standard is becoming more and more serious, causing huge economic losses and safety hazards to oilfield development and production. This paper analyzes the causes of SRB exceeding the standard in the oilfield, and finds that SRB has bred and multiplied in a large number in the reservoir.Through bacteria detection, SRB in the produced fluid belongs to desulfurization enterobacteria, which has strong adaptability, fast reproduction speed and strong resistance to fungicides The bactericide 1227in use in the field has made SRB drug-resistant, and the poor bactericidal effect is the main reason for exceeding the standard of SRB in the oilfield. A large number of indoor experiments show that ethyl triphenylphosphine bromide and polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride have good bactericidal effect. 50mg/L ethyl triphenylphosphine bromide and 30mg/L polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride are injected at the inlet of the submarine pipeline and the inlet of the air flotation separator. The SRB content of the produced liquid and water injection quality of the submarine pipeline can reach less than 25mg/L, meeting the on-site requirements.
