摘要
通过半年时间的自然环境暴晒,测量涂层外观、厚度、附着力、光泽度、电化学阻抗和红外光谱等方面变化特征,研究涂层初期老化行为。结果显示涂层外观基本无肉眼可见变化,厚度基本不变,附着力良好,光泽度下降范围为7%-17%,EIS阻抗显示频率为0.1Hz时涂层的阻抗值均大于6.0×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2),红外光谱显示几种涂层抗老化性能良好。暴晒后半年几种耐候涂层性能保持良好的状态,EIS阻抗变化规律与涂层失光率吻合,在川西高原峡谷地区防腐蚀涂层工程应用时,优先选用涂层配套2和涂层配套4。
The initial aging behavior of the coating was studied by measuring the change characteristics of coating appearance, thickness, adhesion, gloss, electrochemical impedance and infrared spectrum. The results show that the appearance of the coating basically has no visible change, the thickness is basically unchanged, the adhesion is good, the decrease range of gloss is 7%-17%, and the impedance value of the coating is gre ater than 6.0 when the EIS impedance display frequency is 0.1Hz×10^(9) Omega cm^(2), infrared spectrum shows that several kinds of coatings have good anti-aging properties. After half a year of exposure, the properties of several weather resistant coatings remain in good condition, and the change law of EIS impedance is consistent with the light loss rate of the coating. When applied to the anticorrosion coating engineering in the plateau canyon area of Western Sichuan, coating matching 2 and coating matching 4 are preferred.
