摘要
传统的目视腐蚀评估,依靠评估人员的经验,评判结果具有主观性,随着计算机及数字图像技术的发展,图像处理技术在腐蚀研究领域已经成为一个发展方向。本文介绍了图像处理的方法及步骤,以涂层老化评估为典型案例,介绍了图像处理技术在涂层起泡、锈蚀、开裂、剥落评级的应用。
Traditional visual corrosion evaluation relies on the experience of the evaluator, and the evaluation results are subjective. With the development of computer and digital image technology, image processing technology has become a development direction in the field of corrosion research. This article introduces the methods and steps of image processing, taking the evaluation of coating aging as a typical case, and introduces the application of image processing technology in the rating of coating blistering, rust,cracking, and peeling.
