论高考生电子档案数据的安全保护——以“徐玉玉”案为例

The Protection of Digital Private Information of College Entrance Examination Candidates:Example of Xu Yuyu Case

2016年,徐玉玉因个人的高考电子档案数据泄露而遭到电信诈骗,其被骗光学费后不幸离世;该案暴露出个人信息被非法窃取、被明码标价、个人信息泄露造成严重后果等问题。对此,需要从法律层面完善保护个人信息的法律法规,从单位角度进一步完善网络安全管理制度和网站访问控制策略,应用先进的网络防护技术等,个人层面则强化安全意识、学习安全知识、养成安全习惯等,从而更好地保护考生电子档案的个人信息安全。

In 2016,Xu Yuyu,a college entrance examination candidate,encountered telecom fraud for the divulgence of her digital personal information,and thereafter passed away unfortunately.The case revealed serious consequences once the personal information of students was stolen,sold and leaked.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the laws and regulations on the protection of personal information at the legal level,further improve the network security management system and website access control strategy from the perspective of the unit,apply advanced network protection technologies and strengthen personal information safety awareness,so as to better protect the personal information of candidates’ electronic files.
