我国地铁安全防控的现状及对策研究

Research on the Situation and Countermeasures of Subway Safety Prevention and Control in China

地铁安全是城市安全的重要组成部分,加强地铁安全防控对于维护城市安全稳定以及预防、控制犯罪有着积极作用。目前我国地铁建设取得了重大进展,在安全防控问题上也投入了许多精力,但在实践过程中存在着立法不健全、工作机制不完善、防控力量不足等缺憾。我们有必要健全法律规范、完善技术设备、壮大人才队伍、加强宣传教育以及采用多方社会主体协同治理等措施建立健全地铁安全防控工作机制,共同推动我国城市地铁的安全建设与高质量发展。

Subway safety is an important part of urban safety.Strengthening subway safety prevention and control plays a positive role in maintaining urban safety and stability,as well as preventing and controlling crimes.At present,Chinese subway construction has made great progress,and a lot of energy has been invested in safety prevention and control.However,in the process of practice,there are still some shortcomings such as imperfect legislation,imperfect working mechanisms,and insufficient prevention and control forces.It is necessary to establish and improve the subway safety prevention and control mechanism through measures such as improving legal norms,improving technical equipment,expanding the talent team,strengthening publicity and education,and coordinated governance by multiple social entities,so as to jointly promote the safe construction and high-quality development of urban subways in China.
