摘要
文章介绍了对八钢欧冶炉运行过程中的核心创新工艺技术中心煤气流分布(CGD)的研发及在工业试验中的效果。实践表明:CGD技术可以改变竖炉煤气流分布,提升竖炉工作效率以及抑制煤气反窜,为欧冶炉的稳定高效运行提供了技术保障。
This paper introduces the research and development of CGD technology in the OYsmelting furnace of Bayi Steel and its effect in industrial test. The practice shows that CGD technology can change the gas flow distribution of shaft furnace, improve the working efficiency of shaft furnace and inhibit the back channeling of gas, which provides a technical guarantee for the stable and efficient operation of OY furnace.
