摘要
针对Φ19mm30CrMoA抽油杆钢在校直时端部开裂问题,进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、低倍检测和显微组织分析并对校直情况核实。分析结果表明,校直不当造成了抽油杆钢端部开裂,提出了改进建议。
Aiming at the end cracking problem ofΦ19 mm 30CrMoA sucker rod steel during straightening,the macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,low power detection and microstructure analysis were carried out and the straightening situation was verified.The analysis results show that the improper alignment causes the cracking of the steel end of the sucker rod,and the improvement suggestions are put forward.
