钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管件一体化成型技术探讨

摘要 本文主要针对钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管件一体化技术进行探讨。对原有聚乙烯塑料复合管件的生产模具及工艺进行技术改进。通过此次改进可实现钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管件一体化成型,即管件注塑成型后即带有锥口式封口,节省了管件封口工序。同时新的电熔骨架定位方法,可取消原有骨架采用的不锈钢定位钉,使管件表面不再有定位钉裸露。 This article mainly discusses the integrated technology of steel skeleton polyethylene plastic composite pipe fittings.The production mold and process of the original polyethylene plastic composite pipe fittings were improved.Through this improvement,the integrated molding of steel skeleton polyethylene plastic composite pipe fittings can be realized.The pipe fittings are provided with conical mouth sealing after injection molding,which saves the sealing process of pipe fittings.At the same time,the new electrofusion skeleton positioning method can cancel the stainless steel positioning nails used in the original skeleton,so that there are no exposed positioning nails on the surface of pipe fittings.
