城市道路电动自行车专用道设计

Design of Electric Bicycle Lane on Urban Roads

摘要 电动自行车与自行车由于速度差较大,混行于非机动车道存在大量的交通冲突。为提高道路交通安全、减少交通冲突,尝试对电动自行车专用道进行设计,以划分不同非机动车的路权。通过相关文献研究,发现电动自行车的通行能力与车速相关,利用公式计算出电动自行车通行能力与车速之间的线性关系,并对快慢车道之间的隔离方式以及道路交叉口的交通组织方式进行研究。研究结果为有关部门设计电动自行车专用道的宽度值选择、隔离方式以及交叉口非机动车交通组织等方面提供参考。 Due to the large speed difference between electric bicycles and bicycles,there are a lot of traffic conflicts in non-motorized lanes.This paper tried to design an electric bicycle lane to divide the right of way for non-motor vehicles,which may improve road safety and reduce traffic conflicts.Through literature research,it was found that the traffic capacity of electric bicycle was related to its speed and their linear relationship was calculated by relevant formula.Furthermore,the isolation mode between fast and slow lanes and the traffic organization mode of intersections were also studied.These results may provide a reference for the design of electric bicycle lane width,isolation mode and traffic organization of non-motor vehicle at intersections.
