Research on Risk Analysis and Prevention Suggestions of Digital Health Security under New Industrial

互联网医疗的出现在提升我国民生医疗水平方面具有重要意义,鉴于数据保护意识淡薄、安全防护技术欠缺和监管体系不健全等因素,制约其发展的网络安全风险挑战不容小觑。介绍互联网医疗的新业态特征,探讨互联网医疗存在的新业态安全风险,诸如数据安全、云环境安全以及接入边界安全等问题,针对所述隐患提出加强数据分级管理、分域加重边界管理、完善网络安全体系以及加大处罚力度4点防控建议。

The emergence of Internet healthcare is of great significance in improving the standard of healthcare in China,but given the weak awareness of data protection,lack of security protection technology and inadequate regulatory system,the challenges of cyber security risks that constrain its development should not be underestimated.This paper first introduces the characteristics of the new industry of Internet healthcare,then discusses the security risks of the new industry such as data security,cloud environment security and access boundary security,and finally proposes four prevention and control suggestions to strengthen data hierarchy management,increase boundary management by domain,improve network security system and increase penalties for the above-hidden dangers.
