摘要
以石油醚作为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助法提取马泡瓜籽油。在单因素试验的基础上选取液料比、超声功率、超声温度作为研究因素,利用响应面设计对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:最优工艺条件为液料比9.6∶1(mL/g)、超声功率306 W、超声温度44℃、提取时间50 min,在此条件下马泡瓜籽油得率为34.42%。
The Cucumis melo L.var.Agrestis Naud.seed oil was extracted by ultrasonic assisted method using petroleum ether as extraction solvent.On the basis of single factor test,the liquid-material ratio,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature were selected as research factors,and the process conditions were optimized by response surface design.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 9.6∶1(mL/g),ultrasonic power 306 W,ultrasonic temperature 44℃,extrcation time 50 min.Under these conditions,the yield of Cucumis melo L.var.Agrestis Naud.seed oil was 34.42%.
