摘要 研究大孔树脂对银耳多糖的吸附热力学及动力学。首先对5种大孔树脂进行静态吸附-解吸考察,筛选出最适宜的树脂,然后研究吸附等温线、热力学、动力学模型。结果表明:AB-8树脂为最佳纯化树脂,吸附模型既符合Langmuir模型又符合Freundlich模型,吸附为吸热的物理吸附过程,是可自发进行的熵增过程,可用一级动力学描述,吸附速率主要受到液膜扩散及颗粒内扩散的控制。AB-8型大孔树脂对银耳多糖具有较好的吸附性能。 The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide by macro-porous resin were studied.Firstly,five kinds of macroporous resins were investigated by static adsorption desorption,and the most suitable resins were selected.Then the adsorption isotherms,thermodynamics and kinetic models were studied.The results showed that AB-8 resin was the best purified resin.The ad-sorption model conformed to both Langmuir model and Freundlich model.The adsorption was an endo-thermic physical adsorption process,which could be described by first-order kinetics.The adsorption rate was mainly controlled by liquid film diffusion and intra particle diffusion.AB-8 macroporous resin had better adsorption performance for Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide.
