上颌前牙区即刻种植即刻修复患者唇侧骨板影像学变化及护理 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨上颌前牙区即刻种植即刻修复术后患者唇侧骨板的影像学变化及护理疗效。方法选取我院行即刻种植即刻修复的28例患者临床资料,分别于术前,术后即刻,术后3~5个月行CBCT检查,进行唇侧骨板的影像学测量,观察其变化,同时分析护理干预效果。结果CBCT影像学测量显示:28例患者唇侧骨板厚度吸收较术前不明显,无种植体感染脱落,无种植体周围炎,美学效果好,患者满意度100%,患者口腔健康认知能力和行为能力增强。结论应用CBCT影像学测量是观察唇侧骨板厚度变化的客观指标,即刻种植即刻修复过程中借助CBCT测量能够制定完善的治疗方案并观察后期修复治疗效果,护理配合流程规范是保障手术成功的关键因素。 Objective To explore imaging changes of labial bone plate in patients with immediate implantation and immediate restoration in maxillary anterior region and nursing effects.Methods The clinical data of 28 cases with immediate implantation and immediate restoration were evaluated through observing cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)imaging changes of labial bone plate in maxillary anterior region which were measured preoperatively,immediate postoperatively and 3~5 month postoperatively.Results The imageology showed that all the bone resorptions in maxillary anterior region were not significant.There was no implant loose and no peri-implant inflammation and the aesthetic effects were satisfied.All patients reported satisfaction with therapeutic effects and nursing care,their oral health cognitive ability and behavioral ability were enhanced.Conclusion CBCT imaging measurement is an objective index to observe the changes in the thickness of the labial bone plate.In the process of immediate implantation and immediate restoration,CBCT measurement can be used to formulate a perfect treatment and evaluate the long-term effect of implant and prosthodontics treatment.Scientific nursing process and standard health education are the key factors for the success of the operation.
