摘要
颅内结核是一种具有较高死亡率和致残率的肺外结核,早期诊断具有重要的意义,而MRI现已成为首选的影像学检查方法。颅内结核瘤是其一种分型,本文将从常规磁共振扫描到新兴磁共振技术方面对颅内结核瘤的影像学表现进行综述。
Intracranial tuberculosis is a kind of extrapulmonary tuberculosis with high mortality and disability rate.Early diagnosis is of great significance,and MRI has become the preferred imaging examination.Tuberculoma is a type of it and this paper reviews the imaging features of intracranial tuberculoma from the conventional MRI scan to the emerging MRI technology.
